Swept Path Analysis | AusTrafficPlans

swept path analysis

When do I need a Swept Path Plans?

Occasionally, development applications submitted to the Local Council require a mandatory Swept Path Analysis to ensure that specific vehicle sizes can maneuver through the site. You might need to demonstrate that vehicles can enter a newly planned garage or that a large truck can access a construction site. A Swept Path Analysis verifies that the design vehicle can safely navigate the proposed route or path.

How do we assess the routes or paths?

We utilise the latest mapping software and CAD programs to analyze your plans and recommend necessary changes. Simply provide your plans, and we will conduct a thorough analysis using AutoCAD Vehicle Tracking or AutoTURN.

How long will it take to receive my Swept Path Plan?

Most simple Swept Path Plans can be completed within 2 business days and complex ones will take up to 5 business days. We understand that urgent deadlines can occur, so speak to us to see if we can arrange an express service to ensure your needs are met swiftly.
