Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP)

construction traffic management under stop/go traffic control

When do I need a CTMP?

Almost all development applications submitted to Local Council require a mandatory Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) to ensure workers and pedestrian safety around the development site. Developments of any size can disrupt local residents and overall amenity of the community. A CTMP however,  is crucial for all developments as it outlines strategies and methods of minimising impacts to local residents and pedes

How do we design the CTMP?

We tailor each CTMP to suit the development site in a way that minimises the number of construction vehicles, and design vehicle routes that allow for efficient travel to and from the site. Our engineers conduct analysis using latest mapping software and CAD programs so plans can be developed for your site from virtually anywhere.

How long will it take to receive my CTMP?

Most standard CTMPs can be completed within 5 business days. We understand that urgent deadlines can occur, so speak to us to see if we can arrange an express service to ensure your needs are met swiftly.
